Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SureShot at ssapp.co (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use SureShot. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant SureShot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze and display your content as needed to operate and improve the Service. For content you share to the community, that license also lets us show it to other users and feature it in SureShot’s own promotion (for example, on our Instagram account), with attribution where you have opted in. You can stop future sharing by making content private or deleting it.

You promise that you have the rights to everything you upload, including:

• permission from the people who appear in your photos, and a parent or guardian’s permission for minors;
• permission to share any client details you enter; and
• respect for property rules and permits at the locations you photograph or share.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• upload unlawful, infringing, explicit, hateful or harassing content;
• share private property or locations in a way that encourages trespassing or unsafe behavior;
• access other users’ private data, probe or disrupt the Service, or scrape it at scale;
• resell the Service or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI recommendations and weather

Scores, lighting advice, plans and forecasts are generated automatically and may be wrong. Always use your own judgment about safety, access, weather and conditions on location. SureShot is not responsible for outcomes of shoots planned with the Service.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice before your next billing period. See Pricing for current plans.

Termination

You can stop using SureShot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SureShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SureShot against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
